The XAG P150 — Built to Cover Ground

The XAG P150 is a heavy-lift agricultural drone engineered for operations that demand serious output. With a 70 kg payload capacity, 30 L/min flow rate, and spraying efficiency of 26 hectares per hour in open fields, it’s built for producers who can’t afford to leave acres on the table.

One machine handles four jobs. The P150 covers spraying, spreading, transportation, and aerial surveying without requiring a separate platform for each task. Swap the task system in the field and keep moving.

Spraying The RevoSpray system delivers a maximum flow rate of 7.93 gallons per minute with uniform atomization, maintaining consistent coverage even at high flight speeds. Up to four centrifugal nozzles combined with the quadrotor’s powerful downdraft push product through tall, dense canopies — covering both sides of the leaf.

Spreading The RevoCast system empties a full bag of fertilizer in 11 seconds, leading the industry in spreading efficiency. Three auger types support fertilizing, seeding, cover crop establishment, and powder applications.

Field Mapping Mounted with the RealTerra system, the P150 captures high-definition imagery during autonomous flight and auto-stitches it into a field map immediately after landing  — no post-processing software or separate mapping flight required.

Autonomous Operation Real-time 3D terrain mapping enables autonomous flight without a preloaded map, and prescription map support allows variable-rate application on demand. The drone automatically returns home on low liquid or battery, and the optimized route is generated from field shape and operator parameters.

Built for Field Conditions IPX6K-rated construction means the entire airframe can be washed down directly to remove pesticide residue. Foldable arms reduce transport volume by 20%, and the flight platform separates from the task system for fast swaps between spraying, spreading, and mapping. The 4D imaging radar detects obstacles from 4.9 to 328 feet for safe low-altitude autonomous operation.

The P150 is for operations that have outgrown smaller platforms and need a machine that matches the scale of the work.

Use Cases

  • Broadcast Fertilizer Application — spreads a full bag of fertilizer in 11 seconds via the RevoCast system, making it viable for large-acre grain operations where ground equipment is impractical or compaction is a concern.
  • Pesticide & Herbicide Spraying — 30 L/min flow rate with 26 ha/h spraying efficiency in open fields. Positioned for operations that want to reduce water usage and chemical drift vs. traditional ground rigs.
  • Seeding (Cover Crops, Small Grains) — compatible with three auger types supporting fertilizing, seeding, feeding, and powder spreading. Relevant for cover crop seeding into standing corn/beans — a growing practice in the Midwest.
  • Orchard & Dense Canopy Spraying — quad-rotor downdraft ensures coverage on both sides of leaves, and with four centrifugal nozzles it handles the toughest canopy scenarios. Differentiates it from DJI Agras in specialty crop markets.
  • Field Scouting & Mapping — the RealTerra system captures HD images during autonomous flight, auto-stitches them into field maps on landing. Sells as a two-in-one: spray run + prescription map in the same flight.
  • Variable Rate Application — prescription map support enables variable-rate application on demand. Use case for growers already using soil sampling data or yield maps who want to close the loop agronomically.
  • Steep Terrain / Inaccessible Areas — RevoTransport system handles long distances and steep terrains with sling and cargo modes, relevant for hilly ground or wetland edges where ground equipment can’t operate safely.
