XAG P150 Max RTK Pro Kit — Everything You Need to Fly All Day, Starting Day One

The RTK Pro Kit is the complete, field-ready configuration of the XAG P150 Max. The aircraft, the precision RTK station, the controller, the spray system, and a full battery rotation with charging infrastructure — all in one package. No piecing together components after the fact, no discovering what’s missing when you get to the field.

The P150 Max itself is XAG’s highest-output platform, built for serious acreage. With an 80 kg payload, a top speed of 44.7 mph, and real-world spraying productivity of 50–60 acres per hour — peaking at 70–80 under optimal conditions — it’s designed for operations where every spray window matters. That performance is backed by over 9.3 million P Series flight hours logged since 2022. This is a proven machine, not a first-generation product.

What’s in the Kit

The RevoSpray 5 system runs an 80-liter tank with upgraded centrifugal nozzles, delivering consistent droplet distribution at speed with the quad-rotor downdraft pushing coverage through dense canopy and onto both sides of the leaf. The SuperX 5 Ultra Intelligent Control System handles autonomous flight, terrain following, and real-time 3D obstacle mapping without requiring a preloaded field map — it builds the picture in flight.

Positioning is handled by the XRTK 7 Mobile Station, which delivers centimeter-level RTK accuracy without relying on a CORS network or cellular coverage. That matters in the areas where a lot of this work actually happens — remote fields with no cell signal. Pair it with the SRC5 Smart Remote Controller and the XAG One App, and the system automatically generates optimized flight routes based on field shape and terrain. One operator can plan, execute, and monitor the entire mission.

The Power System

Six B141050 Smart SuperCharge batteries. Four CM13600S chargers. Two parallel charging kits. Two battery cooling towers. This is the 21 kW, 6B4C charging configuration — designed so that while you’re flying, you’re always charging. The B141050 charges in 7 minutes with parallel chargers and mist cooling active. By the time you land, swap, and reload the tank, the next set is ready. In peak summer heat, the dual cooling towers keep battery temperatures in check through back-to-back charge cycles — the kind of condition that shortens battery life on setups that don’t account for it.

The heavy-duty charging cords are included because field charging setups put real stress on connections. It’s a small detail that matters over a full season.

Built for Field Conditions

IPX6K waterproof rating means the airframe gets washed down directly after every spray session — pesticide residue comes off with a pressure wash, not a careful wipe-down. Foldable arms reduce transport volume by 20%. The flight platform and task systems separate for fast swaps between spraying, spreading, and mapping as the season demands. The 4D Imaging Radar detects obstacles from 4.9 to 328 feet in any lighting condition — including the center pivots, power poles, and overhead lines that define the obstacle landscape across American row crop country.

The RTK Pro Kit is built for operators who want to cover serious ground from the first day of the season without building the setup themselves.

Use Cases

  • Large-Acre Row Crop Spraying — Fungicide, herbicide, and foliar passes across corn, soybeans, wheat, and small grains where the spray window is short and coverage rate determines whether the job gets done on time.
  • Commercial Drone Application Services — For custom applicators, the 6-battery rotation with 4-charger parallel infrastructure means continuous operation across a full work day. The coverage rate and uptime determine daily revenue — both are maximized in this configuration.
  • Remote Field Operations Without Cell Coverage — The XRTK7 provides full centimeter-level RTK precision without relying on a CORS network, making this kit viable anywhere — not just fields with reliable cellular signal.
  • Broadcast Fertilizer & Nutrient Applications — Swap to the RevoCast 5 spreading system and the same platform handles granular fertilizer, micronutrients, and soil amendments at commercial throughput rates with no compaction.
  • Cover Crop Aerial Seeding — Cereal rye, radish, or other cover crop blends seeded into standing cash crops before harvest, where a ground drill isn’t an option and timing directly affects establishment.
  • Variable Rate Prescription Applications — Operators using soil sampling data or yield maps can execute variable rate spray passes with the precision positioning the XRTK7 provides — consistent field placement at 44.7 mph.
  • Inaccessible & Problem Ground — Waterway buffers, flooded low spots, and steep terrain that regularly keep ground equipment out. Terrain-following autonomous flight handles the elevation changes without operator adjustment.
  • Season-Long Multi-Task Operations — Spray in the spring, spread fertilizer mid-season, map fields in the fall. The modular task system makes this one platform viable across the full agronomic calendar without buying separate equipment for each job.
